- Non-defective Products: We accept returns of non-defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, these products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
- Defective Products: For products with manufacturing defects or damage during transit, we accept returns at any time within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly replace or refund the full purchase amount, including shipping fees.
Return Process for Non-Defective Products:
- Contact our customer support team at Support@StemClenz.com to initiate the return process within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- If the return is eligible, you will receive further instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Process for Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, contact our customer support team at Support@StemClenz.com
- Provide the order number, product details, and a description of the defect.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, and you will receive a return authorization code and shipping instructions.
- Securely pack the defective product in its original packaging and include the return authorization code on the package.
- Ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Once we receive the defective product and verify the issue, we will promptly send a replacement or process your refund, including any shipping fees.
Exceptions and Notes:
- Products with missing parts or original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.
- The 30-day return period starts from the date of purchase mentioned on the original receipt.
